Stein one is the Butcher Occupational stein by Dümler & Breiden, mold 641. Ich glaub’ dass edle Metzgeri, das erste Geschäft auf Erden sei.” (I believe that the noble butchery was the first business on earth.) “Gott segne das ehrbare Handwerk.” (God bless the honorable craft.)
It can be viewed in The Beer Stein Library. It is a pottery stein that dates from circa 1900.

The same scene of a hunter with two women on stein three appears on Matthias Girmscheid mold 334-1. It can also be viewed in The Beer Stein Library.

Are there any markings on the bottom of steins two and three or German phrases on the side panels?

Everything that is on the steins is pictured, I looked around and didn’t see any distinct markings or identifiers.
