I have a HB Stein that is more pilsner shaped vs. mug. Crown is outlined in blue vs painted in fill. Mark on side 0.5l
Mark on bottom is similar to (3) but looks more like sideways W. Also faint 3 or some type of initial under it done by hand.
Lid is Zinn as per sticker inside. lid top says Hofbrauhaus Munchen Seit 1589 with HB and crown in the middle.
    Just trying to determine age/value

You need to post photos to get help. There are both pilsner and Bavarian style versions of the HB stein or mug available.

These steins are for drinking and as souvenirs rather than being particularly valuable. Because it has a paper sticker saying zinn (=tin, =pewter in German) I deduce it is a modern stein. Beer drinkers like these steins a lot; but, collectors not so much because they make and sell so many of them.
