TBSL is a wonderful resource but is there a specific reason there is not a category for Johann Peter Thewalt?

You can ask Frank, but I presume it is because JPT was a small factory and he hasn’t started a catalog yet. The SCI members only page has a JPT catalog. Did you look at MySteinCollection.com?

Ron, I have a little bit. I enjoy that site as well. For a small company it seems they made a variety of styles.

i have some 75 pieces with the JPT identity mark and am looking for any additional information and photos i can find. i believe they produced something less than 500 pieces. It was located near JW Remy and there was a tie in between the two companies other than through marriage. They shared a firing kiln and more although we don’t understand the “more”. It closed around 1930.

    Hello Lyn,

I would love to add a JPT catalog on MySteinCollection.com. Would you be interested to help me set that up by providing me with the info and pictures that you have?

    Prosit!

Paul, the copy I have is extremely poor quality. You could check them out on the SCI catalogs section. If you still want a copy I will have to see if I can copy it without losing too much of the limited detail.
