I picked yup an The American Brewing co. Special brews mug and would like to know more about it. It is 4 inches tall and and marked on the bottom made by George Scott’s sons, cincinnati o. I have seen A.B.C. steins that are beautiful. This one seems plan but still a nice mug.
The name of the maker on the bottom of your stein dates from 1888 to 1901 per this site, https://www.ancestry.com/boards/surnames.scott/4729.1/mb.ashx. Thuemler Manufacturing also decorated some steins for American Brewing Co. If you have any of those mugs/steins and it has concentric circles along with a number that indicates the capacity in ounces, it was most likely made by Edwin Bennett of Baltimore.
