"Hax'n Schlager" (or "Haxenschlager") is Bavarian dialect for the "Schuhplattler", a traditional Bavarian dance. "Hax[e]n" means legs (or sometimes also hock) and "schlagen" to hit, so you could translate it with "leg-hitter". The "d'" at the beginning is the shortened form of "der" (the).
