Robin, Another option for you would be to go to the “chapters” page of this site and scroll down to Die Golden Gate Zecher chapter, which covers Northern California. If you contact them, they may have a member living in your area who would be willing to give you an unofficial idea of what your collection is worth. If you are interested in selling the collection, there are two auction companies specializing in steins, one of them located in California. There is a link to them on the “contact us” page of this site.
