Tom, That is the same scene that is on form 1090. I don't know the significance of the extra "1" in the form 11090. While the catalog is undated, it does state that the firm is located in Hoehr, thus dating it prior to 1936. Each page is stamped with J. W. Remy and Hoehr-Grenzhausen, thus dating it to after 1936. I would say the stein is circa 1900. The closest translation I could find on The Beer Stein Library is “Ein trunk in Ehren wer wollt’s verwehren.” (Who can be against an honorable drink.) Ron
