There is no Womans Armed Forces Corp, each of the services had their own woman's auxiliaries before they became fully integrated. The initials are almost certainly the Western Association of Food Chains which is currently on its 88th annual convention. They often hold them in Hawaii. Apparently the organization is old and big in its field and I think it quite likely Anheuser Busch made mugs for the event(s). They make a lot for many small local things. I have not noticed any Anheuser Busch collectors participating here.
