Posted too soon...it is has a pewter cap and thumb lift. It is in a beautiful glaze of maybe an outdoor pub scene with a barmaid serving what looks to be loggers. Very intricate design with grape vines all around it. the scene is in brilliant color and the grape vines and what looks to be a castle is in raised navy blue and cream...Hope this helps. Thank you!
