Chris, I received further clarification from Merkelbach Manufaktur/Museum. The "DB" represents Düer Bund, the "WB" represents Werk Bund and the "G" represents Genossenschaft (association, cooperative or society). They also said it was added to products sold with the recommendation of the Werkbud. I e-mailed them to clarify if that means the Werkbund didn't necessarily design the product. Ron
