Yes, that should be it. However, the translation doesn't exactly hit the sense of the phrase. "Frisch von der Seel'" is colloquial German for 'cheerful' or something like that. It doesn't necessarily mean that someone intends to speak (he could also dance, buy a car or receive the marshal). It's more like 'Cheerful and happy as a king'. Best Marc
