I'm not sure if you are looking for that specific article, but there are several articles about Mettlach in the Library area of this site, including one titled "Mettlach Beer Steins: An Introduction." To navigate to the Library, click on "SCI Home Page" above, then click on "Library" in the navigation bar at the top of the page. From that point you can scroll through the articles or use your browser's "search" command to find "Mettlach."
