The lid on this stein is definitely an HR inlaid lid. Although the lid does not seem to fit the stein in terms of its theme/motif, this was very common on HR steins. It is rarer to find an inlaid lid on an HR that actually "matches." As an HR collector, I actually prefer the pewter lids, as this seemingly mismatched lid is what you typically find.
