I am not trying to be unkind, but all people who post a question here deserve a straight forward answer. It appears to me that your steins were probably produced as greenware which was then sold to a hobbyist for painting. This would probably make the age no more than 30-40 years, and that age is entirely immaterial in judging worth. If I saw these steins in an antique mall or flea market I would be shocked to see a price as high as $20 on either of them. A more realistic price is probably $5.
