David- Is the brewery name etched into the body or PUG/POG? Mettlach did produce steins for 3 breweries that I can recall with the names etched into the front of the stein. I believe they are listed in the etched portion of the current Mettlach book under form number 1526. If you send a photo to me at sassteins@aol.com, I will be happy to give you as much info as I have.
