I apologize for my pic posting hack job. I have been trying to find out about this drinking boot but found that there isn't much info on the internet about drinking boots. It is stoneware, about 5-6" tall and reads "Stiefel du musst sterben" (Kill the boot? Boot must die?) #692 on bottom.
