Jerry, Domex sent me the English translation. After Simon Peter Gerz died in 1893, the company was made a GmbH (limited incorporation) in 1897. The owner was Alfons Wilhelm Loetschert, husband of the Gerz daughter Luise. Thewald (it is spelled Thewalt in the German version which coincides with what Alber Jakob Thewalt told me about the misspelling) and Mullenbach became shareholders. in 1911, the following shareholders were named: Mullenbach, Hanke, Merkelbach. In 1912, Gerz, Merkelbach and Hanke formed Steinzeugwerke Hoehr-Grenzhausen GmbH. There is no mention of Walter Mueller in the Domex document, German or English version. Ron
