Alex, It looks like a JWR and the JWR list I got from Lyn Ayers does show a 1L etched 717 with an inlay lid. Unfortunately, none of my JWR catalogs feature that stein, so I can't give you a definite confirmation. Maybe Lyn will answer your question. Ron
