I can tell you from your short description " Gem. Allwein", it is a original, not a repro. Regimental stein. as to establish a Value, condition, repairs, roster, lid, have to be considered. As Ron suggested a picture would help. Since you have a good start now, perhaps I could talk you in to joining "SCI" stein-collecting is a great hobby all about education history and friendship.
