Michael, you seem to have a couple of photos somewhere, but without seeing them (or at least a description of the lid) it’s hard to say. The Beer Stein Library values it at $600-750 mint with the original inlaid lid, so its value depends on the lid. A pewter lid could have been placed at the factory in Mettlach, and if it were a very nice one it would reduce the value 10-35%. If it’s simple replacement or a mismatched inlaid lid the reduction would be higher.
