My Dad has a few Steins in his small collection. He passes away a few years ago, and I am looking to sell it on behalf of my mother. From what i could find this is the most valuable one, but it's hard to assess as I know very little about steins. There is a crack on the lid (which some sites said would be forgiven on older steins). I'm sure my dad bought this while he was in Germany during the 50's (he was stationed there for a few years). I was able to find an identical (but mint condition) stein on ebay which was listed for $499. Also I am not sure how to go about selling it. Thank you for any input. https://picasaweb.google.com/103649321063423811604/MettlachSteinByWarth
