I purchased 2 steins while in E Berlin in '85. Both have pewter lids and stand 10in at thumblift. One is a representation of the "Berlin Cathedral" with Berlin across the bottom. The other is a representation of the City Hall with Rotes Rathaus across the bottom. Both are glazed in perfect condition and are a blend of tans, off whites and browns with some green as foilage. They are both marked with the crown and slashed S on the bottom. I realize this is limited information but any help with ball park value would be greatly appreciated.
