Jordan, Here is a site that shows some HB steins, http://www.mugmeister.com/mugmuseum.htm I have one HB stein that is numbered (2106) and I have the original invoice dated 1898, which includes the number! No, I didn’t buy it back then, but rather in the late 1900s from some lucky person that found it with the original invoice in it. Ron
