Hi Lucy, I never really got to the bottom of what my stein meant other than just a probably tourist stein from that area. The photos referred to the Trompeter Von Sackingen story, but I don't believe the stein with the knight being handed a drinking horn by a maiden has anything to do with it as none of the story took place by Walsee. I conjecture that it is simply one of the thirsty knight depictions. Ken
