Without pictures, can't help you out much. The numbers you mention are nothing more than mold/decoration numbers and have no real bearing on stein identification.
Now, from your description, you steins sound like souvenier steins which would be typical for Gerz post WWll steins.
You might check on ebay for Gerz steins since there are many listed daily. Since they appear to be the "souvenier" type, value would be very modest ($10-$20 resale).
You might want to click on Library and check out the articles on Modern steins.
