Hello, I have this gorgeous stoneware character stein made by Reinhold Merkelbach, it is a stein from Gambrinus.On the base it says:"Gambrinus bin ich genannt der zuerst das bier erfand" The inside of the lid is stoneware. In the pewter rim are the letters:RMGR . The bottom has the star with RM mark. Can anyone tell me if this stein belongs to the character stein catalog of Merkelbach&Wick, how old it is and what the value is?
