Dave - I suspect the stein (tankard) you have is one that was made by a individual in the mid-west in the 70's and early 80's. They were made for all branches (panzers, U-boats, etc) of the Third Reich - looked impressive and named to a famous personality. I know of a few individuals who traded off good pieces for these 'fabrications' - value I would say is whatever you can get for it fully disclosing as to what it is - they were complete fabrications of this individuals imagination
