Chris — As I tried to indicate above, at this point I have no solid information that would either confirm or deny Mr. Hanson's initial conclusion about the mark in question, and the only photo I've retained of #426 is the one you can see in the Girmscheid catalog. Maybe it would help in reevaluating that conclusion if you (and others) posted complete photo sets of steins with the mark for additional analysis. - fjl
