William, I'll give it a try (with apologies to Marc Lang). The first part you got - Hops and Malt give good drops. The rest says, "Whoever chooses not to drink them condemns hops and malt to be lost." In other words, it's your duty to not waste beer! The old script reads, "Wer diese nicht zum trunk erkoren Hopfen und Malz verloren."
