West/Western Germany was the period from October 1949-October 1990. Your steins were made during that period. Like all steins made post WWll, your steins are considered Modern/Contemporary.
Steins like yours were pretty much mass produced for the tourist trade and are considered "souvenier" type steins. As such, the have very nominal value. Your best bet is to check them out on ebay.
