There was a discussion about that mark a few years ago. Among the suggestions were: "Terra Sigilatta by Dumler & Breiden" (ruled out) and a small manufacturer named "Gilles Witwe". Franz in München offered the identification as "Stueler Koblenz". No documentation was presented and no additional manufacturers were offered.
