I have the same problem myself and always need to refresh that page to update it. If the old post is still showing, put your cursor over the last post showing and right click - then choose refresh. I also have the same problem with the image shown on the home-page. With each new month, I can get everything to update except the image shown in the left panel. For that one I generally have to put the cursor over the old image and combine the refresh option with holding down the control key. I suspect that part of the problem may be chosing SCI from a bookmark or favorites icon rather than typing in the web address each time. It's a pain, but sometimes I have to go in using the web address after rebooting the computer in order to clear out the previous month's images from it's temporary memory.
