I have acquired a stein and I'm curious to find out some history on it. It is porcelain. The 'handle' depicts a branch of the tree which is on the side of the stein. The scene has wording 'Und der Beutel schalaff und leer', on one side, a lad with a plume hat sitting on a bench & a maiden holding a pitcher. Behind her is a stone wall and scene of a village and 'Heinen Tropfen im Becher mehr' on that side of the stein. Thanking you in advance for any information. Its greatly appreciated.
