This is from the Merkelbach & Wick factory, ca.1890. There isn't much detail about P. Neu. He was born in Neuburg on the Danube in 1881. Around 1900 he was designing art nouveau beer steins for Reinhold Merkelbach and he died maybe in Munich in 1940.
