Hi, Olimpia. I looked on the internet and found a site which gives directions for how to grant specific permissions for specific sites. The information is at http://www.sesameworkshop.org/aboutus/NIS_settings.php Item 9. in this set of instructions seems to be the key ("?" is appended to the url address for the REPLY form to pass a parameter to the discussion group software on the server, in this case to tell it which post is being replied to and where the reply should be inserted in the list). If you follow steps 1 through 4. (type in www.steincollectors.org in step 4.), then steps 7-9 (except type a ? in step 10), then step 10. to accept the change, I think you will be able to use REPLY without having to disable Norton Internet Security. To anyone who tries this, please let me know if it corrects the problem.
