Recently acquired Rookwood stein - standard glaze, logo with 9 flames - dated 1894. The inscription in the lid is signed from w.w. taylor, president, 1894. It is associated with the Commercial Club of Cincinnati. w.w. taylor was president of Rookwood Pottery until his death in 1913. This stein is in perfect condition. It has ivy leaves, vines and fruit. It is beautiful and has a great deal of historic significance. I'm not sure what artists' signature is on the bottom and it has a #783 right below the logo. If anyone has information about this stein or its value, please advise. Thank you.
