Diesinger is certainly one of the more collectable manufacturers (operating from about 1860 to 1910). Within the relm of Diesinger steins; your stein is one of the more common and therefor less expensive. Sould you wish to sell the stein, I would suggest you list it at this website (go to SCI Home Page, click on Selling and Seeking,then follow instructions), list it on eBay, or sell it to a local antique dealer. In any case, you will need better photos showing all markings and closeup of the pewter lid and hinge. Remember, all collectors and dealers are looking for a "deal" so you can expect to receive somewhat less than listed value.
