John, If the top of the survey says "Your 2006 Dues Are Paid," you do not have to send any money to SCI for this year. The top right hand of the mailing label states the year you are paid through, 2006 or later. If the top of the survey says "2006 Dues Statement," the next line states the amount of the dues, $35 in the U.S. $40 in Canada and Mexico and $45 in all other countries.
