I inherited this stein from my german grandmother. It has been in the family for a few generations. It has the look of porcelin but it could be earthenware. It is a stein of a sick cat. It is cream colored. The cat is in obvious pain with a kerchief wrapped over part of it's head at an angle. It is seated in an upright position with its paws crossed over its chest. The fur on the cat's chest has distinve features of a vauge dog or mans face, or it may be my imagination. It has a pewter frieze band, thumblift, hinge, shank, stap support and the strap itself wraps around the top of the cats tail which forms the handle. The stein itself is 10" tall overall with a 2 "base. Markings on the bottom: Musterschultz #25. I do not wish to sell this stein, but I would appreciate any info available. Thank you kindly in advance, Cassadnra casgohart@att.net
