In Gary Kirsner's Beer Stein Book, 3rd Edition, 2000 printing, he shows on page 330 item (a) one liter brewery stein with a raised flat lid. Is it possible to have this stein with the lid on the one liter as in item (b) kind of a rounded lid on that same page, or are these lids set in stone? How can one tell from pictures?
