Marian, I think one of the problems you are having in getting a response is that your pictures are really too dark to actually determine what the stein looks like. That said, since it's a post WWll stein (West/Western Germany) it's pretty much a mass produced tourist/decorator piece. There seems to be no lid which also affects the value. I'd guess your Thewalt stein would be worth around $10.00 on a good day on ebay. Dick
