Let me say I am not an expert when it comes to distinguishing reproductions from originals, but I don't see any of the normal signs to indicate that this is a repro. The 145th was the "King's Infantry Regt. (6 Lorraine), just as indicated on the back of the stein, raised in 1890, garrisoned in Metz-Montigny.
