Hello, I found this mug in the attic, with some others that my mother had boughten for me when I was young. It states in a circle on the bottom - original gebzit w/ gerz w. germany in the middle and a triangle and stein depiction. It's approx 9 1/2" olive brown w/ pewter top and eagle thumb prop. The top is etched w/ german helmets and cannon. The scene is decopaged w/ battle scenes and two "generals" with a red tag above them and the number 9. The banner says "eb lebe hoch das regiment, das sich mit stolz wrede nennt." and throughout the stien are numerous other writings. I've tried to serch other sites to find any info, but have came up blank. Any help u can give me would be appreciated. Don Orvis
