I need help with this one. See pictures below. There is a saying across the front but I cannot read it. The top has initials with the date 1846. Under the pewter lid there is some sort of markings. There are 3 ovals. 2 of them have a castle in them. The other has initials. Looks like G.H. 170 with a bird.
