I can't argue with this one being called a Diesinger, either. There has been a long running debate about the threaded relief pieces. Some of them have shown up with a Diesinger trademark, so they did make some of them, whether they made all of them or not...? As for flaking, I don't believe there is any paint flaking on this piece, I think what you refer to is the dark paint inside the lines of the threaded relief.
