Hello Eric, I'm not sure what the circle mark signifies, but the other mark on the bottom of the stein is from the manufacturer Marzi and Remy (used between 1879 and 1964). The picture does not show the rest of the stein to tell specifically when this one was made (most likely sometime between 1920-1960, but that's just an rough estimate on my part without seeing the stein and lid).
