Geoff, thanks for adding your thoughts about what it takes to hold a successful convention. As I tried to indicate, my reply to your question was based on past history of SCI conventions, rather than offering a defense of the decision-making. I'll take a shot at a reply to your earlier question, but all it will be is speculation.
