What you have is an attractive souvenir stein from Bamberg, one of the most beautiful old cities in Germany. The Altenburg is a castle on the outskirts of the city. The Domreiter, or Cathedral Rider, is a famous, very old sculpture found in the Bamberg cathedral. From the look and numbering of the stein, I'd guess it's a post war WEKARA.
