Your photos don't show the damages very well. I detect either a chip or crack in the handle and another glued line in the body of the stein. Without actually seeing the stein it would be very difficult to establish a value. Most collectors will shy away from a stein with the damage you have described. Based on your photos, the repairs look well done and the stein seems to display well. My guess would be a reduction of about 50% to 60% (value $240 to $300). Based upon the incised trademark on the base; the stein was manufactured circa 1880 to 1883.
