Nothing in these new photos makes me change my mind, although I'm not sure it is quite as old as the date. I was hoping to see a ribbon-shaped handle (wide, but flat), but this style of handle is definitely old. Can you tell if there is a "pad" of glass between the lower end of the handle and the body (looks like there might be)? This was a technique used on early glass which we presume was to help reduce the likelihood of stress cracks during the cooling process. Unless someone can identify the glass cutter, it is extremely unlikely that the maker will ever be identified. These glass pieces are generally attributed to "Bohemia or Bavaria".
